How to use Integrated Government Online Directory

IGOD, or Integrated Government Online Directory, is an online directory of all government websites in India. Citizens can now access this web resource. The IGOD has categorised and presented the majority of government websites in a systematic manner.

The aim behind this website is to provide a single source to know all about the Government of India websites at all levels and from all sectors. This website has attempted to provide a complete, accurate and reliable source of information on government websites. in India. This website is designed, developed and maintained by the National Informatics Center (NIC),  the Government of India’s premier ICT organization, under the aegis of the Indian Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology.

There are three ways to find your preferred government website. These are the following:

A search bar is available on the web directory’s home page. You can type your keyword to search among all keyword-related listed websites and select the one you need from the search results.


All websites are categorised into seven fundamental groups using this strategy. 1) Apex Bodies, 2) Union Government, 3) State/UT Governments, 4) Legislature, 5) Judiciary, 6) Embassies and Missions, and 7) Districts By browsing the right category, you can find your desired government website.
