- Enter the captcha code in the designated area
- You will be redirected to a new web page where you can scroll down and select the option to receive an OTP (one-time password), on your registered contact details
- Generate the OTP and enter the same in the designated field

- If you are an individual applicant, 2 passport size photograph is to be attached and cross-signed carefully. The face should not be covered while signing.
- Necessary information needs to be filled up in the form and relevant boxes must be signed
- The application, along with the proof of payment, proof of identity, proof of address and proof of PAN has to be sent to the NSDL facilitation centre. After receiving a payment, a printed acknowledgement form is generated having a 15-digit number.
- The facilitation centre then sends the application to the income-tax PAN services unit for further action on your application.
