National Scholarships Portal

The Government of India has launched the National Scholarship Portal as a part of the national Scholarship Scheme (NSP). It is a digital getaway for different government scholarships schemes of the Central Government, state government, and other government agencies like UGC and AICTE. It can be described as a one-stop portal for all students that are interested in various schemes and applications. It also ensures that the end-to-end implementation of the scholarship schemes and their distribution is carried out in their care and is done smoothly.

The Government provides all students that need financial assistance for the continuance or completion of their education. The portal is launched by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, under the Government of India. The procedure, the availability, status check, and more are available on display for the students to stay in the loop. Fresh applications are available on a phased basis and no physical visits to the government offices are required to apply. The scholarship started in July 2021 and is still in operation.

Documents required to enroll in the application process

• A self-declaration certificate signifies the fact that only legitimate documents are provided for the application process.

• Aadhaar card as proof of identity.

• Mobile number for the authentication process

• Cast Certificate if the student wishes to apply under a special category

• Previous year’s education qualification certificate

• Income certificate as per the student’s scholarship type.

Steps to Register for the National Scholarship Portal

• Visit the National Scholarship portal

• Click on New Registration from the home page.

• After reading the information, check the checkbox and proceed with ‘continue’

• The details such as name, date of birth, gender mobile number, email ID, and bank details need to be filled in.

• Enter the image captcha provided and click on register.

After the steps explained above, the candidate needs to log in, fill out the application form, upload the scanned documents from the list provided and submit.

The application is thus submitted and now requires a tracking procedure. The status of the application form can be checked through the portal after entering the login ID and password. The status of the application then appears on the screen for checking.

The next steps include checking scheme-wise scholarship sanctioned lists where information related to the academic year, application type, ministry, scheme, state, and district need to be filled in. Renewal policies are also put in place for the candidates for future use.

आवेदन प्रक्रिया में नामांकन के लिए आवश्यक दस्तावेज

राष्ट्रीय छात्रवृत्ति पोर्टल के लिए पंजीकरण करने के चरण

• राष्ट्रीय छात्रवृत्ति पोर्टल पर जाएं

• होम पेज से न्यू रजिस्ट्रेशन पर क्लिक करें।

• जानकारी पढ़ने के बाद, चेकबॉक्स चेक करें और ‘जारी रखें’ के साथ आगे बढ़ें

• नाम, जन्मतिथि, लिंग मोबाइल नंबर, ईमेल आईडी और बैंक विवरण जैसे विवरण भरने होंगे।

• दिया गया चित्र कैप्चा दर्ज करें और रजिस्टर पर क्लिक करें।

ऊपर बताए गए चरणों के बाद, उम्मीदवार को लॉग इन करना होगा, आवेदन पत्र भरना होगा, प्रदान की गई सूची से स्कैन किए गए दस्तावेज़ अपलोड करने और सबमिट करने होंगे।

इस प्रकार आवेदन जमा किया गया है और अब एक ट्रैकिंग प्रक्रिया की आवश्यकता है। लॉगिन आईडी और पासवर्ड दर्ज करने के बाद पोर्टल के माध्यम से आवेदन पत्र की स्थिति की जांच की जा सकती है। आवेदन की स्थिति तब जांच के लिए स्क्रीन पर दिखाई देती है।

अगले चरणों में योजना-वार छात्रवृत्ति स्वीकृत सूचियों की जाँच करना शामिल है जहाँ शैक्षणिक वर्ष, आवेदन प्रकार, मंत्रालय, योजना, राज्य और जिले से संबंधित जानकारी भरने की आवश्यकता है। उम्मीदवारों के लिए नवीनीकरण नीतियां भी बनाई गई हैं। भविष्य में उपयोग।
